Sixes Privacy Policy

Overview

Sixes ("the App") is a time tracking application designed for consultants and freelancers. We built Sixes with privacy as a core principle: your data stays on your device.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

Sixes does not require an account, does not transmit data to external servers, and does not track your usage. All information you enter into the App—including client names, project names, and time entries—is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

Data Storage

All data you create in Sixes is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This includes:

• Client and project names you create
• Time entries you log
• Billing history
• Your app preferences (theme color, haptic settings)

This data is not backed up to any cloud service operated by us. If you use iCloud backup for your device, your Sixes data may be included in that backup according to Apple's iCloud terms and your device settings.

Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, Sixes does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Financial or payment information
• Any data transmitted to external servers

Third-Party Services

Sixes does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share data with third parties because we do not have access to your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete individual clients, projects, or time entries within the App. To delete all Sixes data, simply delete the App from your device.

Children's Privacy

Sixes does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no data and requires no account, there is no mechanism by which children's data could be collected.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your data on any servers, traditional data rights requests (access, deletion, portability) do not apply to us—you already have complete control of your data on your device.

Security

Your data security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID on your device to protect all your apps, including Sixes.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version within the App and update the "Last Updated" date. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
